Therese & Christopher – married at Church of the Good Shepherd
"You did an excellent job arranging our wedding, which could not have been more special. Everything about it was absolutely perfect; I think we'd both agree it met or exceeded all our expectations."

We have now received our DVD, negatives and marriage certificates and I would just like to let you know how pleased we both are with the service provided by NZ Wedding Services.   Whenever we started exploring the idea of getting married in New Zealand, I don't think either Sue or I really thought it would ever happen. It is only since we have returned home, that we have realised the enormity of what we have achieved. This was after all, one of the most important days of our lives and we were travelling to a country on the other side of the world to get married in a Church we had never visited and all was being organised by yourselves, whom we had never met.    I know I speak for both of us when I say that the service provided by NZWS, the location of the church, the beauty of the scenery and the quality of the photos and video far exceed anything we could have hoped for. Whenever we have shown our wedding photos to friends and family they all remark on how relaxed we look and this is in part I believe to the efficient way in which you arranged everything for us. Rochelle, on behalf of Sue and myself a big thank you for all your work.

With regards the photos taken by Ken, we are really pleased with the quality of his work and his relaxed manner put us both at ease and made posing for the photos a pleasure. I think we have around 90 photos and given that Ken only had the two of us to work with, he has put together a beautifully arranged selection of shots which capture the day perfectly. Kathryn's assistance was greatly appreciated by Sue particularly in the morning when Sue was getting ready. We both cannot speak highly enough of Ken and Kathryn.

I feel that the unsung hero of the proceedings at Lake Tekapo was Tetsuya. When I think back to our wedding day I have few memories of Tetsuya as I was more aware of Ken giving us instructions for the photos and Tetsuya always appeared to be in the background. Having seen several of our friends wedding videos over the years I was expecting something similar. However, we watched our DVD last night for the first time and we were both truly moved by not only the quality but how Tetsuya had captured the beauty of the location and the actual service itself. So good was the DVD, that we watched it 3 times last night. We both particularly like the opening section of Tetsuya's video where he shows scenes from around the country and we were able to relate to these as we had stayed in Christchurch, Mount Cook and gone whale watching. The video sums up not just our wedding but many of the things we had seen and experienced in NZ. The camera angles and shots used by Tetsuya really set his work apart from all other wedding videos we have seen. I'm not sure of how best to describe his style but words such as modern, fresh and exciting come to mind. Ken and Tetsuya worked brilliantly together and I would praise NZWS for choosing them. It is a testimony to Tesuya's skill and professionalism that we were relatively unaware of his presence on our wedding day. I would strongly recommend Tetsuya to all of your future clients.

Rochelle, with the help of both them and yourself, our wedding day was truly special and we can both honestly say that we cannot think of anything that could have been done better.   Many thanks and wishing you all a very Happy Christmas.

Regards,   Nick
